my weeping willow heart

 

i made myself a fake heart
oh you really must see!
it looks almost like the real thing
im sure no one will notice
it's very convincing

i even put it in the same place
where the old one fell out
a near perfect fit
a vast improvement on the first one

it cannot break or bruise or fall apart
for i carved it out of solid rock and secured it
in a shiny heart-shaped metallic box
safe and sound
never to be touched
